This is one of the easiest and quickest appetizers or side dishes possible to make. It comes together within 5 minutes and tastes like a million bucks.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1-2 medium to large Tomatoes. Any sort, preferably Kumatos.
  • 1 fresh Burrata ball.
  • Olive Oil.
  • Dried Oregano or fresh Basil.
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste. (optional)

STEPS :
1. Slice your tomatoes and lay them out on your serving plate.
2. Shred a ball of burrata cheese on top of each slice, or just place it in the middle and cut it open and divide as you’re plating.
3. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, dried oregano or fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze and enjoy!

* You can add salt and pepper on top as well but it is not a necessity*

I highly recommend using COLAVITA Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for your needs. It has been the absolute best balsamic vinegar I have ever found, and trust me, I’ve tried many.
