Roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts with Feta

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 LB Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/2 Red Onion, sliced
  • 2 TB Olive Oil
  • 2 TB Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 3 Garlic cloves, grated
  • 1-2 oz Feta Cheese
  • 2 TB chopped Pecans
  • Balsamic Glaze

STEPS :

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 º F.
  2. Trim, clean and half your Brussel sprouts. Put them into a bag or bowl, add 1/2 sliced red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, paprika powder, oregano, grated garlic cloves, and chopped pecans, mix to coat evenly.
  3. Once mixed, place all the contents onto a cooking sheet and into the oven for 10 minutes, or until the Brussel sprouts are golden in color. Roughly 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
  4. Remove from oven, top with crumbled feta cheese, drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
