INGREDIENTS :
- 1 LB Brussel Sprouts
- 1/2 Red Onion, sliced
- 2 TB Olive Oil
- 2 TB Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 3 Garlic cloves, grated
- 1-2 oz Feta Cheese
- 2 TB chopped Pecans
- Balsamic Glaze
STEPS :
- Preheat your oven to 400 º F.
- Trim, clean and half your Brussel sprouts. Put them into a bag or bowl, add 1/2 sliced red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, paprika powder, oregano, grated garlic cloves, and chopped pecans, mix to coat evenly.
- Once mixed, place all the contents onto a cooking sheet and into the oven for 10 minutes, or until the Brussel sprouts are golden in color. Roughly 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
- Remove from oven, top with crumbled feta cheese, drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
